The Problem to Solve

At the time of the acquisition, RayWhite, Elizabeth Bay, and RayWhite, Woollahra operated with different systems, workflow processes hardware and software. To achieve a smooth merger transition, it was essential to unify both operations under a single, consistent IT environment and fully integrate the merged businesses without causing disruption to staff and clients.

The Breakthrough Approach

ClearPath MSP commenced the project with a thorough investigation into the existing systems of the two businesses and processes. We listened closely to the business requirements and challenges and after taking everything into consideration, designed a tailored plan.


The key steps included:

  • Conducting a final detailed assessment of systems, workflow and hardware.

  • Designing and presenting a bespoke solution having taken all the requirements and client business specifics into consideration.

  • Holding a series of follow-up consultations to refine the plan and ensure every detail is addressed appropriately.

  • Carefully and clearly mapping out costs, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to minimise workflow disruption.


All integration work was carried by ClearPath MSP Sydney team headed by the Senior Engineer. The work was done onsite and remotely. Importantly, any potentially disruptive tasks were scheduled outside of business hours to ensure workflow continuity.


The majority of staff were only peripherally aware of the major IT work being underway. The respect that ClearPath showed to our clients and our work ensured that project was carried out seamlessly. After the final set ups were finished, it felt like things had always been that way.
