Challenge Dani Foods International was running their business email through Telstra using POP accounts. This setup prevented users from synchronising email activity across multiple devices. In addition, Telstra charged premium pricing for each mailbox, creating an unnecessary financial burden.
Clearpath MSP conducted a detailed consultation with the client to understand their current challenges and desired outcomes.
The goal was to streamline business communications and enhance flexibility without disturbing day-to-day operations.
The Breakthrough Approach
Migrated all existing POP3 accounts including emails, contact, and calendars to a Microsoft 365 - hosted Exchange environment.
Created a complete Microsoft 365 environment on behalf of the client, including licensing arrangements.
Utilised third-party migration tools to ensure historical data was successfully transferred.
Performed the final email system cutover on a quiet day chosen by the client to minimise disruption
Reconnected all endpoints and smart devices to the new cloud email system.
